Rotary Garden/Food Pantry Garden committee has begun planning for the 2019 garden. At a recent planning meeting members of the committee reviewed the work which has been completed and discussed operations for 2019. The garden will feature raised beds this year. Also, the use of student volunteers was discussed as well as which crops  would meet the needs of the St. Mary of the Lake Food Pantry patrons. Chairperson Dorreen Carey reported that to date $1,443 have been spent on the garden. Gary Rotary received a grant from Rotary District 6540 of $1500.
